Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

The full due amount is refunded without any deduction if the customer pays and does not benefit from the service or does not receive any programs, for example (payment was made an hour ago and something urgent happened with the customer and requested a refund without benefiting from any part of the service). There is no refund for any part of the amount once the customer starts the service and receives any of the programs or benefits from our services. This includes, but is not limited to, training programs, nutrition programs, follow-up sessions, calls, or any other form of service. Regardless of how long the subscription is or when the service starts, as long as the customer has accessed or benefited from any part of the service and work has been carried out on their behalf, the paid amount is non-refundable.

Transfer of service from one person to another

If the customer requests to transfer his membership to another customer for example, a member of his family or friends, the membership is transferred after paying only 250 Egyptian pounds or 10 dollars transfer fees and creating a file for the new trainee.

Service Suspension or Freezing

The client is permitted to freeze the service only once, for a maximum period of one (1) month, provided that payment has been completed and the service has not yet started, and that no training or nutrition programs have been delivered or activated. If the service has started or any part of it has been received, the client’s right to request suspension or freezing is permanently forfeited, and no extensions or additional freezing shall be permitted under any circumstances. Upon expiration of the permitted freeze period, the service shall automatically resume, and the client shall have no right to request suspension or postponement again.
