The full amount due will be refunded without any deductions if the client has paid but has not benefited from the service or received any programs. For example, if the payment was made an hour ago and an emergency occurred, and the client requested a refund without using any part of the service, the refund may be issued within a maximum period of one month. After one month, no refund will be provided.
There is no refund for
any part of the amount once the customer starts the service and receives
any of the programs or benefits from our services. This includes, but is not
limited to, training programs, nutrition programs, follow-up sessions, calls,
or any other form of service. Regardless of how long the subscription is or
when the service starts, as long as the customer has accessed or benefited from any
part of the service and work has been carried out on their behalf, the paid amount is non-refundable.
- Transfer of service from one person to another:- If the customer requests to transfer his membership to another customer, for example a member of his family or friends, the membership is transferred after paying an amount of only 250 Egyptian pounds or 10 dollars transfer fees and creating a file for the new trainee.

The client is permitted to freeze the service only once, for a maximum period of one (1) month, provided that payment has been completed and the service has not yet started, and that no training or nutrition programs have been delivered or activated. If the service has started or any part of it has been received, the client’s right to request suspension or freezing is permanently forfeited, and no extensions or additional freezing shall be permitted under any circumstances. Upon expiration of the permitted freeze period, the service shall automatically resume, and the client shall have no right to request suspension or postponement again.
It is not permissible to use any material from this website or reproduce or transfer it in whole or in part — in any form and by any means, whether by electronic or mechanical methods, including photographic reproduction, or recording or using any system of information storage and retrieval systems.
We reserve the right to refuse providing our services to any person at any time.
If any client under the age of 18 subscribes, the approval of a parent or legal guardian is required before activating the subscription. The company has the right to contact the parent or legal guardian to verify the approval and follow up on any matters related to the service.

In cases involving previous injuries or movement limitations, SAMA Fit’s role is limited to providing general guidance regarding safe exercise execution, movement quality, and injury risk reduction.
Where a physical therapist is part of the support team, their role is limited to providing movement and exercise guidance intended to help clients perform exercises safely and correctly. Such guidance does not constitute medical diagnosis, physical therapy treatment, rehabilitation services, or any other healthcare service.
Clients are responsible for consulting their physician or licensed healthcare professional whenever their condition requires medical evaluation or treatment.
By participating in any physical activity or training program provided by SAMA Fit, clients accept responsibility for exercising safely and in accordance with their own physical abilities and health conditions.
In the event of previous injuries, medical conditions, physical limitations, or unusual symptoms experienced during exercise, clients should immediately discontinue participation and seek advice from their physician or licensed healthcare professional before continuing.
Clients acknowledge that all information provided to SAMA Fit is accurate and complete and agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in exercise or nutrition programs.
Results vary from person to person and depend on numerous factors, including adherence, lifestyle habits, physical activity levels, and individual differences.
Accordingly, SAMA Fit does not guarantee specific outcomes or results within any particular timeframe.
SAMA Fit shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from misuse of information, failure to follow instructions, improper exercise execution, failure to disclose medical conditions or injuries, or disregard of safety recommendations.

The client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted SAMA Fit’s Terms and Conditions and Medical Disclaimer and acknowledge that individual results may vary. Accordingly, SAMA Fit does not guarantee specific outcomes or results within any particular timeframe.
